Design and Prototype Production of an Abrasive Machine for Manufacturing Optical Calibration Plates

OBJECTIVE:
The objective of the project is to develop an in-house production device for precise calibration plates with verifiable accuracy for individual batches.
A prototype machine is being developed to achieve precise abrasive machining of calibration grids for DIC measurement systems. The objective is to produce calibration plates for X-Sight optical systems with accuracy determined by the applied template, ensuring consistent quality and repeatability in manufacturing.
